A Hygienist’s Perspective
How often does a hygienist hear of a patient wanting a 2nd opinion?
I normally see 8 patients per day ranging from routine cleanings to complicated Scaling/Root surface cleanings. I also see the new patients that come into the practice, they are always seen in hygiene before moving to the treatment side of clinic. I make sure to get to know all of my patients and what motivates them to come to a new dentist’s office. At least 2-3 times per week I hear the same story; “I’m here because I need a 2nd opinion”. Which is why when I heard about Second Dental, I knew it would be a great option for patients in this boat!
